I wouldn't invest in the MC business anymore, just let it produce and sell it every now and again, I would suggest saving up for a kosatka + sparrow
It cost 2.2m for the sub and you can get 1.25m + a super car, and an upgradable business by completing the first and last dose (R in sandy shores, to the left if theres 2)

And then you can also do cluckin bell for an extra 750k first time (500k every time completed after) and then a sale from your cocaine can get you the rest of the way

I’m also confused because this is my second time doing the Cayo Perico heist and I already did Intel for my second heist, but I forgot the drainage tunnel and when I went back to do it I had to scoop out the whole island again. Is that normal?

For the first time, it could just be a bug, you aren't supposed to really have to run intel again on your first one and the game gets confused why you are going back
