I wouldn't say the free cars make it any worth, what you wanna look out for is a really good sell bonus for GTA+ because that likely means theres also a week during that month where the benefit stacks

Mainly being something like hangar / ceo cargo, you'd wanna keep it and see if they do a bonus for it or sell and restock it
bonuses around the other sales like bunker, nightclub, or just x2 money for certain heist mostly

If you quit the game after finishing the heist, the count-down timer likely didn't progress as its a bug that can happen

However I would also suggest checking the heist board manually as well as calls may never come at all
