It works for solo players only on pc, as the transaction system code is slightly different from console allowing things they can't do
Console can only replay basically doomsday act I - III, casino, and cayo (and some apartment however thats very unproductive to do so)
Pc can replay any form of contract, contact series / mission, heist, or otherwise fault any form of payment method including buying ammo even as a replay, entirely due to how different it is, and on pc host gets money even if you do b2b or replay
