If you are messing up, outside of the casino, then it doesn't matter for shipments, unless you are talking about escaping the 1st floor and actually exiting the building, theres normally a way to get out easier for both normal and hard mode, with and without shipments, big con is easier due to the escape outfits but stealth is entirely rng, but you do have suppressors so I understand if you do want to get shipments for that one, big con its not really needed

you can beat big con without firing a single bullet which is why its one of my favorite ones

Open steam > Library > click on GTA > Gear icon on the side that says preferences / properties > And then local files > Verify local files

Then try launching the game, if this doesn't work, also check your storage space and how much you have left, then if it doesn't launch type "-safemode" to launch the game in safe mode in the additional launch section you can type in, and make sure you are loading into story mode every time for this as well, then go into an invite only if it works

Also additionally, open up task manager and forcefully close all social club / rockstar launcher stuff as well, may help

You are a target on the map when you use it, and it cost x4 as much as the sparrow which has unlimited missiles (mk2 has 20), goes way faster than the mk2, and can be used in setups way easier like being able to enter the moon pool vehicle bay over simply landing and recalling your mk2 over and over, ontop of that when you run out of missiles on the mk2, you either recall it or put it into a garage / terrorbyte to restock the ammo on it, and even speed wise for transport its not very fast for a "flying" vehicle
