takes me about 45m-1hr both setup and heist this is with the Sparrow:
Setup:

• Just scope the 2 locations near the runway
• Go to the tower to scope primary target (Skip the sec targets inside the compound)
• Then get the hidden stashes
• Get caught to get thrown on the airport, then ride the plane back to los santos
• Join a new private session (Kosatska)

Prep:

• You will spawn at Vespucci beach at this point, move the kosatska near the shore (This will save you time later)
• Start with the equipments in any order (Plasma Cutter/Safe Code + Fingerprint Cloner + Cutting Torch)
• Then do the Weapon loadout (Aggressor), if you get Merrywether HQ, join a new session
• Then do the Longfin for approach vehicle, tip mark the drop off location on the map beforehand so you dont need to mark it while getting chase by the popo, if the police is still chasing you on the drop off point, commit sudoku

Heist:

• Get the secondary loot on the airport first, then go to the drainage pipe
• There's a route where you go to the roof to the main loot
• For exit choose the main gate, then drive to the southest part of the island
• You will see a skeleton of a whale or sum creature, swim there

you just have to do 1 setup mission at the farm once you buy it, but that's all

you need to make sure your weed farm is still taken care of if your low level steal supplies but if you have money buy the supplies and try and upgrade equipment
