Off radar isn't meant to hide your cargo at all, so it doesn't do that

However it is very, very helpful for when you are doing sale start, you have that "40 - 45" second window where your global radar isn't on, you can use lesters off radar in the mean time for that, then call ghost org like ~5 seconds before it ends and you are never shown on the radar not once, basically 4 minutes of hide and seek but the hider is no-where to be found
