Not for cayo preps. You have to get out of the kosatka, go to the beach, call it, then after you do your mission you have to land it on the sub and hope it doesn't fall, and after that you use it just like the sparrow. It's close but not better

if you’re starting out you should be doing the first and last dose missions, cluckin bell, fooligan jobs, buy a kosatka with a sparrow then finish cayo once and with all the bonuses you’ll have enough for hawick agency to run the contract (ONCE) then run security contracts and payphone hits and you’ll be rolling in money soon enough
