salvage yard can't be repeated weekly since once you capture the car (main point), you have to wait until reset to get a new set

Autoshop can be repeated however and the missions pay between 120k and 330k, so if you want money autoshop is the better option of the two, plus you can also unlock ALL vehicle modifications if you are under-leveled as well inside of the autoshop modification bay
