Free Aim? Lots of practice really. You can do it i n game with Pedestrians and enemy players, with free programs like AimLabs that are used as ESport Trainers, etc. The in game shooting ranges are a very basic place to start as well. Just like with real fire arms, focus on hitting center of mass first. When you can aim reliaably, Mozambique drill is good. (two to heart one to head) and gradually move to headshots only as your consistency improves.

Bunker is mainly used for building up on cargo and special cargo and on top of that getting special attachments for unique guns for the mark two variant that you will eventually need to upgrade to

Most efficient way grinding is
Spam clucking bell raid until you can unlock cayo perico and casino heist.
Spam cayo perico and casino heist back to back (if you always duo cayo both heists will have 48 minute cooldown and also it takes each of them around that time to setup so you cycle)
Once you get around 10m after doing those invest in bunker and acid lab. Watch guides on how to get acid lab and bunker going on efficiently.
After that grind around 20m and learn how to get nightclub going.
