1. Well its common sense that you won't be able to get all the loot like this. Some friend can help low lvl player using this. There would be a cap ofc

2. Have u forgot about vehicle cargo sale mission enemies or helis that gave high accuracy. I mean you are the first one to say otherwise.

3. I said smart and powerful too so first 2 or 3 ones can be powerful which will make up for that. Infinite spawning is not fun and just annoying and is just lazy coding.

4. So what? They are already losing ability to sell next batch too so no passive income generated.

5. "Only 100" also other hundred not readily accessible just to create fomo. This already sounds pathetic.

6. There are so many online games which have dedicated servers

IMO these are the real reason

1. They already allowed people to sell in invite lobby and they are too lazy and don't wanna appoint manpower for this stuff.
   2 And 3: Lazy coding. Its easier to buff stats of NPCs than making them more tactical
2. Controlling economy IG but idk.
3. They allowed those vehicles in vinewood garage which is available in GTA+ iirc and also to create artificial scarcity and fomo.
4. Cost cutting. Dedicated server is expensive and now ig it gonna take lot of manpower to do that

there in the home tab you can see your online friends

or join game, if they are in a joinable lobby
