I do not remember if it depletes over time, but it depletes if you are too cold or too hot, and depletes when you are regenerating HP after taking damage, it's not very problematic because the inventory is nearly limitless and you can stock up on all kinds of food in it, there are some golden foods that keep cores full for few ingame days (48 minutes per day)

there isn't really much more to add though aside from offering several types of AA, upscaling tech and FG, just like most other "modern next gen games"

Nah there's a lot of little improvements they can make, better textures, npc density, draw distances, tessellation, better vegetation more RT options since the trailers were already lacking some, maybe even path tracing, etc

RDR2 had a lot of good options

Death Stranding 2 is a fully rasterised game using Burley's BRDF yet it is capable of hitting 60 fps at 1440p on base PS5 hardware, with day and night cycles and all the extra goodies

Sure but modern PC components are still way ahead of what consoles can do and Rockstar has a history of making sure they have scalable settings that can take advantage of the extra power

PC has higher quality tessellation and they even added a tree tessellation option

I'd expect GTA6 to be similar to RDR2 where many settings have a higher option than the console version with a few exclusive features
