2- Rubber is sticky, so it's not exactly hard to stick something to a tyre

To be fair, I totally agree with that and with Sainz being in the sport much longer than Albon, Williams needs that extra experience, like with Haas and Ocon, to get the team into the top ten in nearly every single race and be in contention for the Constructor championship before Williams went downhill
