I think in my opinion it was right for them to get rid of nyck with scoring only 2 points out of his 11 starts, that's not a good record. With Yuki sitting at 17th ATM and having 46 points over 52 starts and Daniel Ricardo having 1311 points, 232 starts, 32 podiums and 8 wins and it will be definitely good for everyone to see Daniel back in the seat of racing. I think the same goes for Mitch Schumacher at Mercedes and McLaren

The retirement age isn't set. It's just put up 30 because that's where some drivers think that's enough for them. They go off to do other races like the 24-hour le mans or the Indy 500 or they go into retirement because they have proven themselves in that sport and would like to adventure on to do something else or in Sebastian's case he had a family and although racing is great for him, he was not spending enough time with his kids
