From what i gathered so far, its not possible to add an amount of XP to certain users to boost their role that way.
Lets say, i got Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 set up.

User on the server is currently at Level 1.
I manually give that user Level 2.
Will the system still track activity and level that user to Level 3 at some point?

upon gaining text xp the bot will check which roles you should be getting so if you have an extra reward role on you it'll be removed, if you deserve to get a new reward role you'll get it

So, lets say: User has, i dont know, 1000XP (making numbers up).
He is on Level 1. Level 2 would require 2000XP and Level 3 3000XP.
I hand him Level 2 manually. The user would still be sitting on 1000XP, right?

To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.

Hi again. I have an issue with the rewards with the bot. some of the people get the rew role, but others don’t… All the roles are under Probot’s role… do you have an idea with your experience ? i don’t know how to fix it

Probot can only update stats after text xp is earned so even if it's not a requirement people still need to gain text xp to make the bot update stats and give them the roles

So ask your members to send messages and make sure utility module is enabled

As I said above the bot only updates the stats and gives the roles when text xp is gained regardless of your reward settings so enable utility module (this allows text xp to be gained) and ask your members to send a message in chat to gain text xp therefore the bot can update the stats
