Hey all, not really finding anything helpful when i searched. The users on my discord server are unable to use commands such as /rank, /profile, etc. Probot is above them in the roles menu. They're saying they don't even see anything regarding Probot when they type the commands, it just stays as text rather than a popup prompting the commands. Any clue how to fix this? I've assigned proper roles and channels for each command as well in the probot dashboard

yw, just to clarify things regarding slash commands. if you have too much bots in your server some of the bots won't show up in the menu. If you don't, just reinvite the bot and make sure slash commands are enabled then it should work ( or just change the bot language)

Also probot can't change the roles for that user. Please check probot's permissions and role position too

role multiple can't be given to specific users its either for all humans(server members) or bots
