I think bot bugs out when you change settings for users who already are in the server.

Probot doesn't remove lower level role after being promoted. We have tested in on new server and it doesn't work. It applies both roles despite the fact 'remove with higher level' option selected

Hiya :) Using the chat exp system and I've set it up to remove the lower tier role when a user achieves the next chat rank but Probot hasn't and the user has the old rank and the new rank. What's the actual option? Should it be enabled or disabled (Remove with higher reward) as currently its enabled but it failed to remove it.
Probot is higher ranked than the giving roles aswell and the user it gives.

you'll either use discord's built in verification system via membership screen, which is not related to our bot, or use probot's reaction roles
to set up reaction roles, go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).
