the amount of xp people get is randomized and only devs know the gap though for voice xp is given every 2 minutes, underneath the target levels you're able to see how long it is required for people to get to those levels from 0 and since i dont really know about your server activity i believe its better if you make the decision by yourself regarding the target levels

I want to add this command #gulag @cedar cedar and this command should take away all the current roles and add "gulag" roles .

RoleA and RoleB. RoleA is a role higher in the hierarchy than RoleB(which are the roles for bots)

just kick the normal bot out whenever your prime/premium started to work

there's no custom command so can not be done exact like how you wanted
also about lock command, adding a role as enabled role will not make it being excluded from being locked since the bot disable the send message permission from everyone role, not just some roles

and if you disable auto renew, it will not charge you in case you have recharged money to your account on the site
