ok come on, yesterday one of my supports managed to ban a user through /ban (in slash), the ban was actually applied, but the support position was not allowed to ban or expel users. I came here to ask for support, one of the staffs told me to check the permissions of his position and everyone's position, I checked and sent an image proving that there was no permission, then he asked to go to the panel to check the permissions of the ban command, I went there and I hadn't configured it, it was the default way. ie support managed to ban a user without having the permissions to ban members. today I did this test with one of my staff, he only has the permission to expel members, I showed this in the video.

in the chat I ask him to apply the punishment on this other account, I show the permissions in the position before he applies it.

To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.
