if you mean reaction roles then yes since the color role feature of this bot works differently
go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).

To be explained.. The bot saves numbers that you add in text level and voice level.. So if the user reached required level in text and didn't reach required level in voice he will not get any roles.. Because the number that you added in voice isn't reached ..

To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.
