So far the bot's Dashboard for the server states there are 0 online members and 0 total members, while if I go to use the "Sever" command, it shows that there are 25 members total, with 16 online.

Alright, the ladder, I do have he Utility module enabled, and i have one member who has gotten a level and doesn't have the "Max" limit. However, no matter how much i myself or some members send messages to gain XP (within the one-minute time limit that is mentioned) nothing would happen or change for our XP levels.

I have my mute role at the top of my list, along with ProBot, muted is under ProBot, and all permissions have been removed from the muted role.
The muted role is set on each channel preventing all members from being able to type in. But they can still type when muted.

How do I set up reaction roles:

2- enter "Reaction Roles" module
3- Click "Add Message", then select an embed. You can manage these embeds by heading to "Embed Messages" module.
4- Click "Choose a message", and then select the referred embed message where the selected embed was sent.
