Reaction Roles won't work

1. I've set up an Embed Message which has been sent to a private channel.
2. The same embed message was chosen on Reaction Roles.
3. While adding reactions, I am unable to choose roles from my server. The drop down is empty and the search icon is unclickable.

The roles all follow the rules mentioned earlier in this chat (#support-en message) and I have tested everything I can lay my hands on.

About color, it's for you to change your color role using command instead of reaction roles. Setup it by creating color roles with name as only number and have them lower than the bot role but still higher than any role has color and you're done

reward roles feature gives ppl roles when they level up, at the end they both grant role the difference is the the way they give the role

about the reward roles: i have created roles "1" and "2", 1 is red and 2 is blue. I have set up that when someone hits level 1 he gets the role "1". ok so far cuz i wanted to find that kind of bot: chat -> level 1 -> role 1 -> color of the role 1 (red).
about the colors: I have more colored roles in the server, but the bot shows as colors only the colored roles I created after it joined the server (it shows the colored roles for the reward roles i created) is it normal?
And the next question is if I am role 1 (red) and with the command i change the color of myself to blue (from role "2"), do I get only the color or the role too?
I'm testing the bot on a test server so I give simplified names on my roles just to test the bot and learn it.

regarding the first question, in your server roles settings make sure to drag the bots role above all other roles
regarding the second question, upon getting a new color role the old color role will be removed from you so if you get 2, 1 will be removed

but im role 1 (red) from reward roles and i want to change my color from red to blue (but blue is from reward role for level 2) but stay as role 1 reward role for level 1

can level reward system run correclty and at the same time that runs colors system? or i must choose one of them?

they both can run together but you will only get your highest role's color (thats how discord works)
