that still didn't work.... again, probably because i don't want the member role to be able to see the channels. they're supposed to only be visible if someone is muted for breaking rules. the idea is they get the mute role, which closes off the rest of the server & opens up the mute appeal area. we talk to them in there to sort out why the mute happened, and if they comply or the mute was in error, the mute role is removed (taking away access from the mute area) & the member role(s) restored (restoring access to the member channels)
