Whenever I use #lock, the channel gets locked and #unlock unlocks it, this is fine, but...

In case my Moderator who is not given Administrator permission uses it, the channel gets locked, but he also isn't having the permission to send messages. Then anyone with Administrator permission has to come to unlock the channel.

Is it a problem in settings, or ProBot doesn't supports that i.e. locking the people who are not Moderators.

While locking a channel, it'll just disable permision to send messages in that channel for the everyone role
But you can still use the commands in other channel like #lock #channel
Or if you want them to directly use the command in that channel, just go to channel settings - permision, add the moderator role and allow it to send messages (you can do this in category setting if the channels are synced to the categories

For reaction roles, go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).

To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.

prime server is basically servers with prime bot, the difference between prime and premium is being able to change the bots username, avatar and status message, member kicked log, being able to attach multiple roles to one reaction in reaction roles module

ok so i am 1 of the discord admins of a discord server and the owner has just bought prime for the server. it added the prime bot to the server. but the probot is also added. how do we use the primebot and where is the panel for it to edit it etc? and do we still need the probot installed?
