How do I set up reaction roles:
1- head to the dashboard https://probot.io/dashboard then select your server.
2- enter "Reaction Roles" module
3- Click "Add Message", then select an embed. You can manage these embeds by heading to "Embed Messages" module.
4- Click "Choose a message", and then select the referred embed message where the selected embed was sent.

To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.

I have tried using the / command and # neither actually filter by role as defined by the help.

I requested help about a week ago and was told by a support team member that devs will be informed. Just wondering on progress? Also if there is any way I can help fix the issue.

3- Click "Add Message", then select an embed. You can manage these embeds by heading to "Embed Messages" module.

Hey guys, trying to figure out why Probot isn't assigning level roles that I set up. I have them configured in the dashboard, leveling system is turned on, users are getting the level up notifications, but not being assigned the roles. The ProBot integration role is higher than all assignable roles.

The only thing out of the ordinary is that I took away Administrator permissions from the integration role, but it has all others that would be relevant, including Manage Roles, Manage Server, etc. Is this my issue? go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).
