Hi, Auto Roles /Reaction Roles are not functioning right now?

Just added bot to my second server, (everything works fine), on my second server, if I add reaction role, adding reaction to it and also attaching role to it. is sends reaction out to server channel. but if someone reacts to it, it doesnt assign a role. Same goes with auto roles. People dont get the role when joining the server.

Whenever I try to use Probots music commands, the bot says its playing audio but it really isn't if that makes sense. Like the bot will have the green audio thing showing that it's playing music, but I can't actually hear it.
The bot is not muted, my volume is turned up to max (I even tried playing a yt video to see if it was my audio). I've tried playing a song then skipping, stopping and disconnecting the bot, turning the loop on/off.
Other people in my server can't hear the bot either
