I was informed that my account was blacklisted for selling credits. I have clearly denied this accusation and stated multiple times that I am fully prepared to provide complete proof for all my transactions.
However, the only response I received was: "we have proven that you are selling credits, please do not open a ticket again or repeat it." When I attempted to cooperate by providing proof for my recent transactions and again requested clarification on the specific transaction in question, I received the same response, followed by being blocked.
This is unacceptable.
No details, no evidence, and no specific transaction were ever provided. I am being accused of a violation without being given any opportunity to defend myself or even understand what triggered this action. If there is legitimate evidence, then it should be possible to point to a specific transaction so I can address it directly.
Instead, I am being told that proof exists while being denied access to it, and at the same time being warned not to ask again. This is not a fair or transparent process.
I am explicitly requesting that you provide the exact transaction or evidence that led to this blacklist. Once provided, I will submit the necessary proof to demonstrate that I did not sell any credits.
Respectfully, enforcing a penalty while refusing to disclose the basis for it — and blocking further communication — reflects poorly on the system and raises serious concerns about the validity of the decision.
I respect the platform rules and I am fully willing to cooperate. All I am asking for is a fair opportunity to clear my name based on actual, verifiable information.
I request that this case be reviewed by a senior staff member or administrator.

The owner role is Project Overseer. Both of these settings will make it so it still triggers when I say the keyword it is looking for, despite me NOT having the RPG Member role

Do them at the same time, add your role to the disabled role and rpg member in the enabled ones, if it doesn't work try switching it, (in my opinion it needs a rephrasing because it is kinda hard to understand which is which haha)

I added the regular ProBot to my server for voice/text XP (the same one we used on another server before, and it worked perfectly).

At the time, it required the Premium feature, so I figured I’d subscribe later, assuming it would still keep track of all the XP earned in the meantime.

Now that I’ve paid for Premium, it’s giving me a different bot/account, and all the XP is showing as 0.

So it looks like none of the XP accumulated since day one was actually tracked or taken into account.

Could you help me understand what happened and whether the previously earned XP can be recovered?

I set up my embed messages and went over and setup my reaction roles to connect to the embed. And I saved it all so the embed and the reaction emojis are showing up correct. But when I actually go and click on them, it doesnt give the role. I feel like I set it up right because I did the exact same thing for like accepting the rules and it worked but for all the self assigning stuff its a no go. Wondering if I did something out of order and its not letting it work? Not sure if I explained it well tbh XD
