I’m having an issue with ProBot in my Discord server and I can’t seem to fix it.

I’m the server owner and I added ProBot using the official invite link. I also went through the setup and clicked “Continue to Discord” and authorized everything, but the bot is still showing as offline in my server.

What’s weird is that it’s only my server — not others.

Here’s what I already tried:
• Reinvited the bot multiple times
• Removed it from authorized apps and added it again
• Made sure I’m using the correct account
• Checked roles and permissions
• Refreshed Discord and tried different devices

Also, when I type “/” I don’t see any ProBot commands.

It still says the server requires setup sometimes, even after I completed it.

Not sure what I’m missing here. Can you please check what’s going on or if something is broken on your side?

The bot has perms to use the webhooks. the dashboard settings for those commands and to make logs are all turned on. I am so far not having any other issues outside of this one.

Hi! Can I please have someone look into this? I don't mean to be annoying but last month when this occurred the support team here confirmed with me that this wouldn't happen again.

I was charged for premium on a reoccurring basis and the bot still left our server and my subscription is not showing despite the funds being out of my bank.

Please provide a refund or assistance, especially when you already took the money from my account. 😕

If this didn't already happen last month I wouldn't be so annoying but you all confirmed It wouldn't happen again when we were in a case ticket. 🙇‍♀️
