hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

I am experiencing a problem with ProBot on my Discord server. Here are the details:

My server name: GAME OVER
Server ID: 1440375415972696339
Discord account: justified11

Problem description:

1. ProBot is present in my server members list but shows offline and does not respond to commands.
2. Even after kicking and re-inviting the bot, the status remains offline.
3. I tried logging in with a different Discord account, but the server still appears in my ProBot dashboard.
4. I have confirmed that permissions are set correctly (Administrator role given, role above all others, and access to at least one channel).
5. I also changed the server name, but the dashboard still shows the old name.

This issue does not occur on other servers where ProBot is installed; it works normally elsewhere.

Could you please investigate this server and help resolve the issue? I want ProBot to be fully functional and properly synced with the dashboard.

yeah i see, this issue is most likely caused by something called sharding, in simple terms large bots are split across multiple shards (instances) to handle load, and sometimes a specific shard can run into issues or become desynced, which can make the bot appear offline in certain servers while everything works fine in other servers

Hello, good afternoon. Yes, I tried to join to see if it was a mistake and perhaps the bot didn't have roles and you couldn't see it.

Because it seems very strange to me that you're having this problem with the premium version

Unfortunately the bot just isn't even in our server at all! It deleted it's own role and is nowhere :(

I'm set up to Auto-pay on PayPal so this is really weird. Really upsetting too we're going to have to re-add it's perms to all our channels
