My complaint was the lack of publishing announcements and status. Announcement channels are so people can follow so they get notifications in their own server for your bot status so staff know whats going on. There was no announcements published and all staff in 2 servers was confused on why they couldn't use the website. I have an issue with the Embed Messages feature.
I used to edit my embeds normally, but after a long time without making any changes, I tried to edit an old embed and it no longer appears in the Edit Sent Messages list on the ProBot website.

Important notes:

• The embed message still exists in my Discord server.
• When I open the website and go to Edit Sent Messages, the old embed does not show up.
• This prevents me from editing or updating the old embed.

My question:
Is there any way to reconnect the old embed message to the ProBot dashboard so I can edit it again?

Yes, you can make ProBot mention someone when the auto-reply triggers.

If you want the bot to tag the person who triggered the reply, use:

[user] → This will ping/mention the user.

If you don’t want to ping them and only show their name, use:

[userName] → This will display their name without tagging.

So yes — mentioning the user is possible depending on which placeholder you choose.

It is known issue. A lot of users stuck with it. There was pretty long thread. TLDR. Nor you neither devs unable to restore it. You need to create embed again even it will make tons pain.

1 - Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard) and log in.
2 - Next, go to the Auto Roles module and begin adding roles.
3 - Finally, add a role that does not have administrative privileges.

• Bad Words: Automatically blocks messages containing blocked or inappropriate words.

• Discord Invites: Blocks server invite links to prevent advertising or raiding.

#4 – Links Filter
• Links: Blocks any type of external links unless allowed in the rule settings.

#5 – Spammed Caps
• Spammed Caps: Blocks messages with too many capital letters (prevents shouting/spam).
