My friends and I are making a Roleplay server that uses probot's "Auto Responses" tool to turn turns and like a type of Gacha, months ago, was used to exceeding 500 answers or up to 1,000 up, but lately the answers have drastically reduced to the point that we reached the "limit" of Bot answers. I would like to know how to fix it and if there is a way to fix it.

Months ago I came with a problem similar to the auto responses of the bot and the team itself mentioned that it did not have a limit, well, it seems it was a fallacy.

Hello! You can configure that using the Dashboard > Select your server > Welcome & Goodbye. You can set a message or picture for people who join, and/or a message for people who leave.

You can do that using the Welcome & Goodbye module, you can make the bot ping the member who joined in that giveaway channel. The only downside is that the bot will not delete the message afterwards, however there is something you can do that will make it get deleted.

That’s possible with the Automod module, but the best option I could find is if you disable the bot only from pinging any member or role. That will delete the messages right after they are made and it will also ping the new members, but it will also delete any other message the bot may send with a ping which could cause issues. If you want to continue with this, you will have to set it up using the Automod setting inside your server settings, not with the probot dashboard.

Hi, I need help with a ProBot command.

The Top Name Cmd (from /cmd) hasn’t been working for about a month.
Whenever we try it, we get “The application did not respond” — nothing else happens.

The bot is in the server with full permissions.

Other commands work fine.

This happens for all staff, not just one user.

Please check if the command is broken or removed.
If there’s an updated way to check top day /specific role history, kindly let us know.

From the existing Role Modes, I understand that none of them would do the swap:
Toggle - requires user to 'toggle' out existing role before selecting new one, therefore its not a swap
Give - would add a role, but not remove existing one
Take - would remove role, but not assign a new one.

Also, Button mode is not going to represent which role user currently has (if we press a button, there is no indication which button has been pressed/toggled)

Can I configure the bot so that one specific rank is awarded in two separate "scenarios"?

Either the user reaches level 10 on voice OR level 20 on text?
Not simultaneously.
Some people don't use voice at all or don't write anything.
Therefore, I'd like the same rank to be awarded for two different situations (only voice or only text activity).

Or should i make separate ranks for voice/text?

Hey, you can do this. Simply add same role as a reward twice. First one with only text level required and the second one with only voice level required.

3 - Navigate to the section where the command is located.

I'm sorry, the bot is currently offline, but these are the steps to activate the welcome

1 - enter https://probot.io/dashboard
2 - make sure to login, then open your server's control panel by the left side, enter Welcomer section
3 - enable the welcoming ways you'd like(image/message) and customize them freely and simply!

also make sure to select the correct channel to welcome in, save changes before leaving the site.

Hello <@&675070424748654593>, I had a question. Basically, we have a leaderboard system in our server which rewards the top people who chat the most during the month. I'd like to ask you, when does the month reset. Is it based on the actual month (resets on 1st of the month) or does it shoe the last 30 days.

Second question, whatever may be the reason, there's no way, the weekly leaderboard has more points than the monthly one. How is that possible? The first picture contains the monthly command, the second one is the weekly command and the thrid one is the day command.

1. Monthly Reset: The monthly leaderboard resets at the start of each calendar month—on the 1st—and runs until the last day. It doesn’t work on a rolling 30-day basis, only the current month counts.

2. Weekly Showing More Than Monthly: Normally, the weekly leaderboard shouldn’t exceed the monthly one, since the month includes all weeks. Possible reasons could be:

• Weekly stats update faster than monthly ones.

• There might be a short delay in syncing between commands.

• Or it could be a minor display glitch.
