Server Settings → Emoji → Upload Emoji.
You can upload up to 50 custom emojis (or more with Nitro Boosts).

Make sure to disable the 'Anti-Link', 'Anti-Spam', and 'Anti-Ghost Ping' options in the ProBot dashboard under 'AutoMod'.
Also, check if there are any punishments set for 'Warning', 'Timeout', or 'Kick' remove them if you don't want actions to be taken.
After changes, click 'Save' and wait a few seconds for them to apply.

Yes.
Disabling level-up messages only stops the bot from sending a message when someone levels up.
The leveling and role reward system still works normally.

So yes, once they hit any future level, they’ll get all missed role rewards retroactively from previous levels.
No need for each role to be set at every level — ProBot will catch up when the user levels up again.

It's due to pressure on the website. All what u gotta do is wait a bit and try again.
How often does this happen? The website of the probot works from a phone, but not from a computer. It also doesn't work on Discord.
For example, if I click on the reactions that should give a role, they don't give it.

Clear your browser cache.
Use a different browser.
Restart your router to get a new IP.
Or try using a VPN.
Unfortunately, the VPN didn't solve the problem, because the bot still doesn't work on my Discord server. Everything was working fine until this error.

about cloudflare block, it's just an automatic system we set up to lower the traffic to the site. you should be able to access the dashboard after a while and avoid making too much change to the dashboard
about the bot in your server, may you check if the bot is online or not? because issue with the dashboard is not related to the bot's functionality in servers

The issue is related to Cloudflare's rate limiting system, which is temporarily blocking access for some desktop IPs due to high traffic load. That’s why it works on mobile but not on desktop the desktop IP might be temporarily restricted.
- You can still access the site from mobile or by using a VPN/Hotspot if urgent
- Most features will auto-recover as soon as the rate-limit cooldown expires (~15–30 mins typically).

i see why, firstly you will need to remove both options in "use regex patterns for advanced matching", that forces every link to get deleted, even if it is whitelisted. secondly, i am not sure if that matters, but the second asterisk after com/ isnt required.

Starlink rotates IPs daily, as well is CGNat based so no one users owns an IP.
unfortunately we have yet to implement check for forwarded messages. I have no idea if it's even possible for apps to see contents of forwarded messages at the moment
You get what ever IP your traffic happens to go out on on that request, and nat is used to get it back to you.
seems like rotating IP is also what triggers the ddos protection

i see what the issue is, in that box you need to enter the role you want bots that join to get, but you entered the Owner role. that means that every bot that joins will automtically get the owner role, which has administrator permissions so the bot can't add it.
you can add a role called something like "Bots", but don't put excessive permissions. every time you add a bot, it will ask you itself what permissions it needs.

if you want it to be added to members, follow the same but instead of Auto roles for bots add it to "Auto roles"

hey is there any way to set the /lock command to block custom roles from sending messages? since we have custom roles on our server, the command doesnt really work as intended. it locks the room as it should, but since everyone has a role on top of @ everyone, it just basically doesnt lock it for anyone.
or maybe if i can set roles that CAN send messages after locking the room.

The lock command disables everyone from sending messages in specific channel.
Now this is a locked channel, Everyone is able to view but not to send.
- What If I want to allow the staff role (for example) to send messages even if the channel is locked?
To override the permissions for your staff role, go to the channel settings, add your role and change the permissions to:
Send Messages = ✅
New members, hence everyone has to accept rules first, after accepting, they get a new role. Room i need to lock is already unviewable to everyone, but when I lock the room, the member role can still send messagess because the member is higher in the hierarchy than everyone which allows them to basically bypass the lock command. I want to know if I can somehow lock for every role, except admin mod etc. If i cant, will this setting be available someday on the probot dashboard?
for example, like the enabled and disabled roles in the command settings, if there could be something like affected unaffected roles
Even if the member role is above everyone, setting the Send Messages permission to the middle state (see screenshot below) causes Discord to fall back to their lowest role—in this case, it will be everyone's permissions.
In short, to fix this -> choose the middle (neutral) option for Send Messages, rather than the ✅ checkmark. (for the members role)

there is a way to test this actually. you can give yourself level 5 or 10 etc. using /setlevel and see if the role is applied to you.
then you can use /reset so it is fair for members.
