Sure I think. Basically it will show it in my command Channel that people have levelled up for example from 1 to 2 but when it gets to a certain level it should give out a new role without replacing the the old one which it does not. I have to manually click on them and give them that roll.

In the photo, you sent the settings for the /top command — this has nothing to do with gaining exp, there you can choose who can use command, who not or on which channels the command can be runned.
Regarding your exp problem; on the dashbaord in the Leveling tab, there's NO XP CHANNLES section any channel selected in this section will be excluded from earning XP. If you want to be able to earn XP everywhere, this section should be left blank.

I don't think so, this command cannot filter xp by on which channel it was gained. It just displays top 10 users by general xp gained on the server
You may think that sometimes XP is not being awarded because the level system works in such a way that there is a cooldown between earning XP - this is a way of preventing XP farming through spamming.
After sending the first message, there is a cooldown period of 2-5 minutes during which no messages sent will earn XP. Only the next message after this time has elapsed will earn XP

When creating a temp voice channel, the bot forces this permission, which locks the person who created the channel from creating a new channel unless their permissions are manually resynced. Is there a way to make it not do this? Or at least resync the permission automatically?

I'm sure it's something to do with kicking them from the channel and moving into the voice channel they create, but its inconvenient and annoying.

"The bot was having issues yesterday, im not sure if its still having issues" - The trigger being one sentence using two words that are separate, but inside the same sentence (bot + issues)
