They need their bot to scale to millions of users so they can’t be exposed to risk like that

The issue you have can get solved when you add in the rule the string */channels/* to the allowed words!

Hello! I have a problem with the leveling system. We had it private in a channel and could view ./top and etc. But now since we moved the channel to a different public category no command works and im always getting the message below. What could be the problem? I have checked all the permissions and that probot can only be used in said channel.

For extra information. We added some chat games to the server which maybe could also break things? But I am unsure at the moment. And yes the leveling tracking still works just the commands do not work.

In the current case the variable #[memberCount] gives a number depending on the members that are currently on the server.

So if someone new joins he gets e.g. #22
If someone leaves the server the next new member will get #22 as well

Certain ways to set an ignore channel is not available on the dashboard!
What you can do is to remove the admin perms from the bot and denie the permission view channel in the affected channel, where you don't like to get logs from - in according to this you should check, that the bot has all other permissions to guarantee continued functionality

I ended up finding a fix myself. This is what I did.

1. I went to the ProBot website, and went to the "Embed Messages" tab.
2. I copied the text from the bugged embed message.
3. I deleted the embed message.
4. I made a new embed message with the same text as the previous one.
5. I deleted all previous messages in the reaction roles channel.
6. I resent all the messages.
7. I linked everything in the "Self Assignable Roles" tab back up to the embed messages.

I had to basically delete and readd the embed message, since there was some glitch going on with the old one.

I am still having the same problem as stated here with ProBot log Web-hooks failing to work for more than 3 days, I’ve tried kicking and reinstating the bot, reset the setting twice now yet it still does not work.

This issue has been persistent since the end of May this year when I temporarily disabled the logs to do a server update, I’m hoping I can get some clarity and a fix for this issue asap as it’s creating extra work running automatic logs having to delete the web-hooks every 2 days so ProBot can create a new temporarily working one.
