I got the paid version of probot, kicked both versions, reinvited the prime bot, and my self-assign roles give me the error "This interaction failed".
Reaction roles were setup with the free version previously. Do they need to be deleted and redone with the paid one? The prime bot has the correct permissions, admin perm, and is at the top of the role list

Can someone help me? I am creating automatic responses on Pro Bot and also configuring its random responses. I have been using Pro Bot for a year, and before, I could add up to 250 random responses. I thought there was no limit, and I believe there really isn't. However, nowadays I urgently need to create some responses, and I believe it will reach 200 random responses, but the bot doesn't allow creating more. An error message appears when saving, only with an X symbol, and I don't know how to resolve it. I have already redone the commands from scratch with a template and lighter letters and symbols, and it still limits me to only 123 responses. I am getting tired of configuring this as it gives me a terrible headache, and I don't know what else to do

because you are having too much data in one response, which is why the limit is there. I said it is a client limit because of the data overflow
we have never intend any limit to the amount of responses you can have, only limit that can stop you is the client limit, which usually will happen when you overflow your client's data

I was inquring about the blacklist durations in general and he told me that there is no permanent blacklist and that you get unblacklisted after an unspecified duration

Because I've tried several times with several diferent scenarios where the max rounds between 121 and 155, there must be any error with the pro bot since my wifi conection isn't bad and I have tried on pc, tablet, and smartphone. Even if the problem was the device or the internet conection. There must be something related with the amount of digits in each response and I actually believe pro bot is limited.

Hello, I can't see all of my roles in the "Self-Assignable Roles" menu. I saw them some time ago, but now they are gone. Additionally, when I could see them before and set up the button to assign a specific role, everything worked for a while but then stopped. Could someone please help me with this?

Move the ProBot role above the other roles in your server settings.
There's nothing to fix, it's just temporary disabled.

There might be two reasons why it’s no working on your server
- Our image server is not available at the moment
just wait, there’s nothing that you can do
- Server icon image is too large and the bot can’t process it to generate on the card
try changing the icon to some other one or the same but compressed
You can change that on the dashboard in the welcome & goodbye section

Yes, you can do it by creating aliases.
For this you need to:
- Access ProBot Dashboard
- Go to Utility
- Then select the action you want to modify the command to.
- In the aliases box, write your prefix with the command name (Ex: ".profile" )
- Save Changes and it should work !
- Just a little remind that aliases is a solution for custom prefix, so you will need to change every command by the prefix you want to use.

I am pretty sure I fixed it. My mod set it up and misread something that didn't allow xp for specific roles and exlcuded the entire server so I think we are rolling
