hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

Over the past few months I've had intermittent problems with Probot stopping responding or just being unable to perform it's functions despite it having the correct permissions, and most recently it stopped altogether, upon inspection, it appears to have been killed completely.

I can see in the ProBot admin panel that there's still a listing for my server and that it has spotty statistics, seems to have been a stability/connectivity problem. Has the bot instance been "banned"?

Even weirder, if I go to the welcome message and hover, the bot has a full profile intact but still won't respond.
I've verified the areas I'm trying to use the / commands in have the correct permissions for ProBot to respond.

Admin panel shows stats fell off on the 27th and shortly after, it completely stopped moderating my server and has also stopped tracking users and messages. It's completely dead.
