Is there anyway to reset/ delete the xp points of accounts that have been deleted and are not in the server anymore?

One of our members deleted her account and made a new one. We set the xp points of her new account to match her original xp points, however because she deleted the account and left the server, I am unable to delete the xp points for it, thus pushing all the other members one rank lower. Is there any way to fix this?

Im not the one who manage it, bot owner needs to do this. Pushing an update for that large bot is not like click restart and it’s done. Probot is on about 10.000.000 servers and its take time to restart the bot on all of those servers, so we’re not randomly pushing patches and restarting the bot every time. We’re implementing patches, fixes and new updates with planned maintenances and for now there’s no planned ones.

just set it to default and it retrieves the permissions from the server role permissions,

for example if members with the role "Users" can't send attachments and you set the channel role permissions to default, they can't send it, but
if you change it and allow the role in channel permissions to send attachments it override the server role permission and allow the members with the role "Users" to send attachments and vice versa, If you need anything else I would be happy to help you.

How to do the self-assignable roles configuration

1 - Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard) and log in.
After that, Go to the "Self-Assignable Roles" module and choose "Add Message", then choose the embed message you created and sent to a channel.
Lastly, you can use "Reaction" to have them implemented.

In order to make the Self-Assignable Roles work properly, you have to create an embed message and send it to the channel you want.

Note: "Buttons" and "Select menus" are not accessible right now.

I'm reaching out because I'm encountering some issues with role assignments on my server. Specifically, users aren't receiving their designated roles when they reach level 8 or 1 & 9 & 7 & 10 & 11 & 2 & 4 & 2 & 4 & 3 & 5 & 5 & 10
Here's what I've observed:

• Users who reach level 8 or a specific level are not automatically assigned the corresponding role(s).
• I've checked the ProBot settings for role assignment rules, and everything seems to be configured correctly.
  Has anyone else encountered this issue?
  Any insights on what might be causing the problem or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.
