Hey, probably user's cooldown didn't expire yet, every 2-5 minutes while you sending messages, the bot gives you a random amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. This means that you gain some xp after sending a message and have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many messages you sent.

It is not blocking strictly ping, it must block some word or other parts of the message. The server admin/owner needs to check their Automod config
To exclude you from this rule that blocks your message, they can simply add one of your roles as excluded

Self-Assignable Roles Configuration

Guys I tried setting up levels with ProBot, its basically every 5 levels you get a role. Is there a way to stop the bot pinging people for when just level up one level? Because I want it to only ping every 5 levels somebody levels up as thats when they will recieve the role
