• log off and log back in on dashboard
• if this doesn't fix it changing your profile picture on discord is supposed update your user data, which might fix the issue, you can change back afterwards

Hey there, i lovel most of this bot, but will note the reason why we (a book reading community) will not use it, we want to get more control over how our leveling of "ranks/roles" are beeing done. Right now, its not clear how fast someone levels, also when we tested it out, you level WAY to fast from 0 to 1.
If this in the future becomes a future so you can adjust the leveling progression yourself, and the range of XP needed. i will have another look at this bot.

But that make us choose for the other bot we have tested, who gives us all that freedom.

Most of the time, it's the bot itself as there's a default ban duration of 3 months if there's no duration specified and the default duration has not been changed

Tried a network from a datacenter outside of my home, home network, and mobile network. I'll do a VPN check for a last resort.

I have less than that. Not sure what is happening then because it's loading on multiple different networks on different browsers, mobile, doesn't matter. Loads indefinitely.

Able to move around the rest of the dashboard, through the Module Settings, Notifications, others and even through the Overview such as "Server settings" ,etc. Embed Messages (UPDATE) is the only place that it's happening.

So if that location was updated, it's causing issues, and I'm glad you are able to get in and use it with 50-60 embeds, but currently it's just loading till the end of time.

Now it's saying this server requires setup. I clicked that ( even though probot is in my server, never kicked the bot ), and logged in. It brought me right back to "This server requires setup".

Cleared cache, cookies, etc. Logged back in, loading screen till death.

I can click on each setting without issue, other than "Embed Messages".

head to the dashboard https://probot.io/dashboard and select your server.
On the leveling system section you'll find a button named "+ Add Role Reward" click on it and select the role then set the required level in order to get that role and then click save changes! and that should be it

The solutions I have tried: changing the name of a channel, kicking the bot, signing in and out of the webpage.
The problem does not seem to be for one server specifically as my entire dashboard has the continue issue.

For the auto responses can I set up multiple triggers for one response? Im trying to set up auto support messages but I want the bot to respond to the questions being asked in various ways with the same answer? I was thinking if I separated the triggers with a comma but that didn’t seem to work.

I have ProBot at the Top of the Roles List
I created individual role rewards for text only xp and vc only xp
This way if someone is specifically active in vc they can still earn unique roles
Users are leveling up but roles are not applying

3 - Finally, make sure to fill out the text box and choose a channel.

Keep in Mind:Welcome images should be less than 3MB in size so that the bot can send them.
