If the text is not that long then maybe is just something broken with the buttons on your end, in that case try using another browser, personally I suggest google chrome to me on that browser works without any problem

Almost, all messages that receive at least as many stars as you set will be displayed on the "channel". Provided that the message is from a channel that is on the "enabled channels" list and the stars were given by people with "enabled roles" roles
Of course enabled roles & channels are optional things and you don’t need to set them. If you leave those options blank then messages from every channel can be displayed and everyone will be able to give stars

For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

I am a new user to Pro bot and I mainly got it for XP and the analytics it shows such as messages sent in past 24 hours

However I notices this st is WAY wrong. It says there have only been 11 messages sent in th epast 24 hours and out server has over 300 memebrs and is prety active chat all day

It also shows 0 joins and 0 leavs in the past 24 hours which is wrong too

Do I need to do something to make sure it's tracking properly? It's only been in the server for about one and a half days

It shows such low activity because all counters have already been restarted. I don't know which time zone you are in, but it is now 3:07 in the bot's time zone, so these stats are from the last 3 hours

Unfortunately this is not possible, the only option for mass deletion of messages is the /clear command
But it only removes messages from the channel on which it was used, not from the entire server, only up to 100 messages at a time. And messages cannot be older than 14 days (this is a restriction imposed by Discord).

When locking channels, ProBot does not put information in the logs about who did it. Also, ProBot doesn't even have such a function for locking channels on its own.
As I mentioned above, the only way for ProBot to lock a channel is to use the /lock command
I suggest you look into this and find who is doing it, or simply remove the permissions to use this command for everyone who has it

the xp being added to user with a randomized amount after a cooldown when users sending text messages
like it will count xp for this message, and after a cooldown after that message being sent, the bot will continue giving xp and so on. all messages being sent within the cooldown will not be counted toward the xp gaining, no matter how long the message would be

you can not actually disable it entirely but you can set the text channels as no xp channels
you may not use the level up message thing as it's for text level only. you will also get some problems with role rewarding for voice level as they works pretty much depending on text leveling to update roles

However, after reaching the required level, the user still has to send any text message to receive the reward roles. This is how the bot's assignment of roles for levels works, but it only takes one message to simply sync rewards

Hi so, probot unbanned a user I banned with reason "time ended". The thing is, I didn't set a time to "unban", I specifically took this user's UID, and did /ban UID reason; ban evading alt account.

Any way to make it NOT unban someone? It should require a time to unban if you intend to unban them, leaving it blank/not including it in the command line should mean you don't want them unbanned automatically 😴 anyway to do this?

Hey, every ban given via ProBot is timed. There is no perm bans. Default duration is 3 months if time is not given in the command, but you can change it on the dashboard to extremely long time to get something similar to perm bans

It's set to remove role when a higher level is reached, but not always are removed, or some users get the old level role again.
