hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

Hello, Auto-responder not supports any actions, commands and arguments. It just something that replies with predefined text to users messages which contains a trigger. What you want to do is add an alias to the command, to do this, simply find that command you want add an alias to and enter your alias to the "aliases" box. Hit enter and save changes. Now the command will be runned by sending the alias on the chat like old prefix commands. For example with timeout command and !mute alias it will look like this !mute (@user) [time] [reason] !mute @sage flint 1h spam

I've encountered some issues while using probot and would most definitely love some assistance 👀

Leveling System
•Not giving out certain roles as level rewards.
It's only giving out vanity roles ^
I have another role that allows members to post images but the bot will not give them the role.
I tested it on my alt and strangely enough it gave my alt the role but is not giving anyone else said role.
The Probots role in the role menu is on top of all roles accept moderators.
Could this be somehow a permission issue that I may have flipped off or something else?

•Staff are unable to level.
Now this one may be attached to our roles being above the bot on the role menu.
I did manually give staff levels due to me switching from Arcane as a primary level bot.
I'm not certain if it's not working for mods due to me manually setting a level, having mod roles above probot, or something else entirely.
(I also manually leveled other people besides staff however I haven't been keeping up to see if they've leveled at all)
We are a pretty high level so I was thinking that it just takes more time the higher level you are? But I haven't gained any points for the past few days.

Probot was originally above every role but mods
I went ahead and just swapped that over to where it's on the top of my whole server.
I have no way for properly testing if it's working now.
However, it was originally above every role but my mods.
So I don't see why it would suddenly start working lol.

Anyways I wasn't sure what you meant by my dashboard but here are some screenshots from the leveling page on Probot's website.
It's giving out all roles but the Member role and it's not leveling up staff.^
note i did manually add levels to staff. ^-^
