First you have to create an alias, to do that, go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard), then click the edit button next to the command to which you want to add an alias, next in the aliases box put phrase that you want to use instead of slash command, hit enter and save changes. Now whenever you or someone send an alias on the chat like regular message it will run bot's command

Also, you have enabled the "remove with higher reward" option, so maybe it just added these roles and removed them after reaching the next reward

So if you didn't do it, it means that someone else logged into your account and sent those credits. Hey, do you set-up both requirements (text & level) or just one? Because if you set both required levels, then users need to reach both levels to get the reward role
But if you set just one of them and the problem is not here or users reached both requirements and still not get the reward role, it might be problem with permissions/role ordering. Check if bot have all necessary permissions (manage roles especially) and make sure that ProBot role is on the top of your role list

As you can see you have 2 columns
First for Text Level and second one for Voice Level
In each of the columns for each of the reward roles you have little window where you can enter required level
If you set both required levels at the same time - for text and voice. Users will have to reach both levels to get the reward role
So if you set required text level to 3 and required voice level to 3 at the same time for the first level reward, urser will have to be active in the text channel and reach level 3 as well as on voice channels

I have more info to add. Yesterday, one of my Discord user was able to create his own voice channel, he changed the name and the number of people able to join him, so he got the permissions to do it by the bot. While an other user, with the same role did the same, and couldn't modify anything, he had no permissions on his channel. So there is definitly something wrong with this feature, but I don't know what.

I already tried to reset channel permissions, to invite the bot again on my discord and do the temporary channel configuration etc.. nothing works. I'm not sure, but they have been reporting this to me at about the same time the bot was down 3 weeks ago. That might be related, if that can help in any way

If the server has 2fa protection enabled, the user must also activate it in order to be able to modify and enter the channel settings, so that's probably the reason.

hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

How does leveling system works?

hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

Leveling System Configuration

1 - Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard) and log in.
2 - Next, go to the Leveling System module and click on Add Role Reward
3 - Finally, configure it as desired by adding the required text and voice levels.

Keep in mind: You can add NO-XP-ROLES and NO-XP-CHANNELS to prevent that role and channel from gaining xp. Furthermore, if you have both text and voice set up, the user will need to reach both in order to receive the role reward role.

hello, ive been trying to get self-assignable roles working in my server and i was able to get both the color command and select menu type to work but not reaction type.
I would use select menu instead of the reaction type but the names and descriptions get cut off and there doesnt seem to be a way to see the rest of it in discord
