For text, the xp is added every 2 minutes when chatting like a cooldown, rate from 10 to 40 xp
For voice, it's every 2 minutes or so being in a voice channel, with the rate of 10xp

once you reach a certain requirement you level up, you can make level roles so when someone reaches a certain level they get a role

Hi, the text level is gained by being active on text channels (user get a random amount of exp between 20-40, every 2-5 minutes while sending messages), while the voice level is gained by being active on voice channels (around 20 exp for 2-5 minutes of being on voice channel). If you add both requirements with the same rewarded role, users will need to reach both levels to receive the rewarded role. However, if you want users to receive the rewarded role when they reach either the text requirement level or the voice requirement level, you should add the same reward twice, once with the text requirement and once with the voice requirement

Hey, there. I have an issue.

I have enabled the 'Welcome & Goodbye' feature within the module settings of the dashboard. Further, inside 'Welcome & Goodbye' I've enabled 'Send a message when a user joins the server' which I told pro bot to send as a DM. My problem lies in the fact that I have confirmation from multiple new members that they do not receive a DM. This feature worked when I sent it to a channel, and, further, the option 'Send a message when a user leaves the server' on the very same page also works. Pro bot has been granted all permissions I can give it, and I have no idea what I am to do.

It's now showing under a different picture and is now named Test for some reason) Does anyone have any insight on what could have caused it to disappear from my probot dashboard? It's more likely that your premium has expired, and so the expired premium became an unused premium, which then being purchased by another user, and having its name and profile picture changed
It's totally a normal behavior and causes no harm to any server. You can subscribe to a new premium subscription and receive a new premium bot to continue using. All the changes you made will be saved, except the bot itself which you can change again later anytime you want

Not sure if it will help the "powers that be" but here is a list of things that I have done to troubleshoot the "Dashboard not loading issue".
(Windows 11 Version 22H2)
Rebooted the computer
Cleared Browser Cache
Cleared Temp Folder %temp%
Removed all possible cookies
Attempted multiple browsers. Google Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, Opera
Rebooted Modem and Router
Ran CCleaner, because why not.
Checked permissions to confirm ProBot has the required permissions to pull data.

Issue remains.
