hi hi, For text, every 2 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue

For voice, about every 2 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

2 - Next, go to the Welcome & Goodbye module and enable the welcome you prefer, either text or image, or both!

Self-Assignable Roles Configuration

1 - Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard) and log in.
2 - Next, go to the Self-Assignable Roles module and select Add Message, then choose the embed message you created and sent to a channel.
3 - Finally, you can choose between Buttons - Select Menus - Reaction to have them implemented.

Keep in mind: To make the Self-Assignable Roles work properly, you must create an embed message and send it to a channel.

A quick question about the levelling system since I didn't seem to find any documentation about it.

• For role rewards, how does voice vs chat activity work? Is one favored over the other towards giving a role? Are both mandatory?
  ○ In my case, I have text Level 6 and Voice Level 4, though while many users
• Are the levelling announcements about text? Voice? Both?
• Can I actually check the level of a user for both voice/text?

• for leveling, both will be required to get the set reward roles. if you set lvl 6 text and lvl 4 voice, user will need to reach at least lvl 6 text and lvl 4 voice to get the role
• the level announcement is only for text since voice level can not update by itself for the bot to do level up announcement
• when using rank command on someone, it will always show their text and voice level in the rank card

is there a way to make it so that the autoresponder can respond if there is an exact phrase in a message, my issue is that the music bot that we use, has the prefix 'm!play' and i want probot to send a message when someone types '!play' but it only works if all the user sends is the message '!play' and nothing else. if i set it to a wildcard then it will trigger even with 'm!play' is there any fix?

just untick wildcard option and it should be fine unless you want it to respond to even with phrases after that then not possible yet
