That was a different user you responded to, but understood.
If all roles are kept, then it seems like the mute command may not function as intended. Some roles have special overrides in order to access additional areas.
I.E. level roles gaining new permissions and new channels.

I have a voice channel and a text channel for the ProBot.
You are only able to use his commands while you are in his voice channel and when you type in the ProBot text channel.
Now, I don't want that ProBot sends messages in the text channel, so I want to have the channel clear all the time.
Because somehow, a role of the server can play songs without that the ProBot sends messages in the text channel.
But for me (Administration permissions), he does. So is there a possibility to do the same for any user/role?

for roles, only the system role is enough. just make sure it's higher than other roles in your server since role position in discord is somewhat hard to understand fully
for permissions, manage roles, manage members, read message history and manage messages are enough for xp counting. having administrative permission is better however to bypass all the restrictions

• for welcome message, make sure to not make it too long, passing discord's limit and it will not work
• for welcome image, make sure the image is in png, jpg or jpeg file type, should be lower than 3Mb (2.5Mb is recommended), and have it to send with text message if you want it to send with the message in same channel
• for goodbye message, just the same as welcome message

go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).
