Hello, today I was setting up a bot on our server. But it didn't react in any way to send the embed to the room. I tried it on my test server, but there the bot worked fine. We tried to purchase Probot prime a month ago to see what benefits we have for the server with the purchase of the prime bot. Recently probot prime has been discontinued. The bot was showing up as if it wasn't on the server, but it was. I kicked the bot off the server and tried to send the embed through a normal probot. Even so, the embed did not get sent to any rooms. I gave the bot the highest privileges I could, I also gave it access to all rooms, thinking that maybe it didn't have access to a room. Anyway, even though I threw out the normal bot, the dashboard still shows me that the bot is on the server and I can still do something through the bot on the server. It's somehow buggy and I don't know what to do about it. I primarily use the bot as a verifier over embed and a verification response under embed. I have never had this problem with the bot. Any advice on how to get rid of the problem and get the bot working again?

I have a situation. My friend added probot to our server and everyone else (who uses a mix of both PC and mobile) can use it to request songs. However it doesnt work for me. It just tells me "interaction failed" for every command I try (/play, /stop, etc)

try using the prefix (default #) and doing this
