And then, I had to read back in the support chat to find out that the levels would not be restored for smaller servers who did not have premium, and that support would not be available for any communication whatsoever for non premium users.
They did not even have the guts to announce that one, it was just casually mentioned in the chat.

That was the moment I lost all respect for pro bot and its developers and staff. Needless to say they are not winning that respect back in this lifetime.

Instead of limiting access, your team felt the desire to lock it behind a paywall, and the decision to reset the rank stats in every server all together instead of letting it count in the background. In my opinion, there would have been alternatives to go on about this. (Limiting the amount of leveling roles a server can have without premium, disabling XP roles, disabling the count for chat and voice rank seperately). Yet ProBot decided to go onto the Mee6 route, disabling the free feature everyone praised this bot for. For me personally, I don't see why this has been done when the bot ran so long for it. This will be a chain reaction and eventually there will be limited free access altogether.

im suggesting that you add a warning to /rank and /top. im not saying monetization is bad, but pulling a rug out from under people with little to no warning, especially with no grandfathering cases for old enough servers is unprofessional and unreasonable. that being said, i know it's not your job to care right now, you're on damage control as a moderator. all i want to do is emphasize how important it is to give this information to the people who are not in this server, because changing the embeds will not be hard or time consuming, especially relative to the time it will take those servers to rebuild after they lose their whole leveling system without notice.
