That monkey is a bee and I had gotten pretty close a few times with the Taptaf instead of Spyragos. But I followed what was said up at top by @tight light and worked on my first try after I farmed Spyragos. Apparently you have to do the Waking Shores questline on the toon you were going to do the quest to get Spyragos, the warband completion of it didn't count. So after I did the Waking shores story quests I was able to see her and start the quest to earn Spyragos. Thanks for everyone sharing in here!

Logging off and on normally fixes being able to talk to Zarhym's skull. Other issues were having the Torch of Pyrreth/Idol of Ohn'ahra toys on. Not sure what else would be the issue

Oh, yeah, their RNG for that was pretty good to never need Consume Corpse.
Anyway, Barkskin makes it meh on winning, especially once Fezwick gets below 50%.
If you time Ghostly Bite with Fezwick's Clobber your chances go up

For people Still battling with this step. I used these 3 pets to beat Jeremy. Please understand that its a battle of chance and luck.
1st pet Taptaf can handle with ease. 2nd pet is a tricky one but Terky can pull through till the end Where Wicker can kill the 2nd pet and then on the 3rd battle Just use Barkskin and the keep using infected claw. This strategy worked for me

Get the 3 secret pets i have shown above. Very easy to get. If you have lvl 25 pets then once you have the 3 secret pets just go to pandaria and level up the secret pets. Takes 30 mins at most

If you looted any chests on your way to Jeremy, this will "lock" you out. But I believe if you go back to the Catacombs, partway down the stairs from the entrance, you will see a small ghostly brazier. You can click on this to reset the lockout.

I just skipped using 3 and spammed 1 on the tank to avoid the stun-switch. When tank revived, then I used 3 to kill it in one shot.

Didn't have a good strategy, try to destroy the eye with Baal immediately, next pet is Spyro vs Tank. Here it is important which sequence you use, then he changes the pet to the monkey, you also change the pet, and destroy the monky.

Is there a solution to Feasel not giving the follow-up quest "Master of Secrets" even though all the steps before (1 - 4 O'Clock) have been done, and I verified that they have been done several times? It seems a lot of people have that problem, but there is no answer.

The two usual suspects are people not using the correct pets (e.g. Baa'lial, not Baa'l), or if the Wicker Pup dies in it's undead phase at the same time as Fezwik, causing a draw.
If it is truly neither of these, it may pay to reach out to Josh in #thanks-josh and he might be able to confirm if there is a bug.

Yeah, not too surprising they're expensive. There is a pinned strategy with Taptaf, Terky, and Wicker Pup and they're pretty easy to get on your own. And there's another pin on how to level them up quickly and upgrade them all to Rare quality.

Nelthara is easy to get if you have a 70+ Evoker and I've seen people use her in place of Terky in the strategy

Baal: Murder the Inoccent -> ShadowFlame till KO'd
Nelthara: Stone Shot till low HP, use Sandstorm as finisher on Tank
Wicker Pup: Infected Claw till 50% hp -> Consume Corpse -> Use Ghostly Bite on Monkey when at 512 hp or lower.

Yeah, the stun is nasty especially if you can't keep the wicker pup over 1200 HP by the time it's out. With good RNG the stun from ghostly bite gets cancelled out with his stun, giving you the ability to start hitting first again.

For Jeremy Feasel, I used Spyragos / Phoenix Wishwing / Wicker Pup. I had to upgrade Wicker Pup because he's naturally uncommon. Feasel fight is exactly the same as he is in Darkmoon Faire. Start Spyragos. I tried a round 1 deep freeze to give myself an extra round of damage, but it failed. Deep breath until the Eye is down past 1/2, Chain Lightning for maximum dragon-up damage and bonus damage to the monkey in back. Breath until Eye is dead. Try to get 1 breath off on Tonk before Spyragos dies. Phoenix Wishwing: Conflagrate, Burn, and another Burn ought to finish the Tonk. Try to get an Immolate on the monkey and Conflag again before Wishwing dies. Wicker pup: spam Shadow Slash all day. IF you get low, consume a corpse. Wicker for me was never close to dying, and I got the worst RNG possible, stunned on Shock and Awe, took the stun on Clobber, and failed to stun with Deep Freeze.

That requires more player-based dexterity skill, like movement, timing, and so on. Pet battles are literally a turn-based system with no timers in PvE that has been the same for about 14 years. They aren't even remotely the same thing.
And, fwiw, based on achievements when they're current more people pet battle than Mythic raid.

Yeah, the Ghost Brazier resets the lockout if you looted something or if the skull isn't there for you

That's similar to what happened to me! Nhia mentioned removing all toys, and doing a quick log.

It did end up fixing it, although I had to log twice; once immediately, then again after hitting brazier.

Your pets should be fine, just need to complete the previous orb first. If Wicker Pup dies and rezzes, though, it usually counts as a draw.

What part are you getting caught on? I know there's one part that doesn't look like you can get past, but you hop on the rock on the right side and jump forward over the ghost circle

For resetting, you can go to Ratts' catacombs lair and click the Ghostly Brazier at the top to reset the skull/lockout. If you can't talk to the skull when you get back, turn off any Toys and log off/on, usually fixes that bug. You can also battle Jeremy at the Darkmoon Faire this week instead.

If you didn't loot anything in the cave, you should be able to relog and Zarhym should appear.
