But in theory, you get a quick 1H weapon (preferably a leek that's like 1.6 weapon speed), you slap an elemental force weapon enchant on it, you switch to holy, you start hitting Viscidus until he freezes and then you try to spam as many shields of the righteous as humanly possible (could use drums for that) to shatter it
