Weird bot spawns in and plays music?

Ive joined a few servers where these bots spawn in, teleport everyone in the server to it, and then plays music. Theres always more than one and it makes it so you cant leave the server. Whats happening?? they also tend to follow one person around? they fly around too

Its called hackers and if they trap you in the lobby just quit the app
