Is this cheat engine or not? I have never been kicked from a game by a cheater, although have encountered them before (a lot)

I shot a few people because, hell its free roam. I questioned him over comms asking about him "being an admin" he said yeah i can kick ppl etc. I told him okay kick me. After a few mins of waiting i said "are you still gonna kick me or what" he replied saying "you still want me to kick you? Alright" and im gone from the lobby with a friendly fire screen
